Our Team
Michael G. Catlett, CPA, started Catlett & Associates, LLC in 2011. After earning his CPA in 1993, he worked many years for a firm specializing in auditing and consulting services mostly to small, rural school districts, public water supply districts, and non-profit organizations. Mike carried over this specialty into Catlett & Associates, LLC as well as offering tax services. Mike also proudly served in the U.S. Navy for 14 years before becoming a CPA.

Alexander B. Sronce, CPA, began an internship with Catlett & Associates, LLC in 2012 and has remained an integral part of the firm ever since. He graduated from Lindenwood University in 2015 and earned his CPA in 2019.

Nate E. Parris graduated from St. Louis University in May 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a minor in theological studies. He joined the firm as an accountant in June 2021 and is currently working towards becoming a CPA.

Our History
Catlett & Associates, LLC began in 2011 specializing in auditing and consulting services to school districts, public water supply districts, and non-profit organizations, and since has expanded into tax services for individuals and businesses. While the number and types of accounting and tax services offered have expanded, C&A continues the same tradition of providing high-quality tax and accounting services. We believe in "old school" principles, but we also believe in keeping up with the needs of individuals, businesses, non-profit organizations, and governmental entities in this rapidly changing world.
Our Credentials
Our firm participates in the Peer Review program prescribed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants.
